| As an accessory of machine tool, heavy-duty rotary table has its own driving system. If it is used as an accessory for floor type boring machine, milling and boring machine and end face milling machine, it can finish the following process: milling angle, reversing boring and positioning. The processing range can be largely extended and the auxiliary time can be reduced.
The rotary table is a new product with high cost--performance which combines CNC concept on the basis of traditional product. This machine is declutch driving by Japan YASKAWA servo drive system and can position accurately at 4x90°with DRO system.
The main improvement:
1. The rotary bearings of the table adopt double--row cylindrical roller bearings and central unloading equipment which can enhance the accuracy and load capability of the table.
2. The linear motion and rotary motion of working table are drived respectively by two servo motors to achieve rapid movement and feeding movement. Electronic hand wheel is also a standard accessory for convenient operation.
3. There are 4 sets clamp to help rotary movement. The big gear ring is clamped by hydraulic pressure to ensure the processing requirements.
4. The linear motion is drived by anti-backlash reducer and lead screw pair instead of rack driving.
5. Oil recycle tank is combined with table while casting process. Sinks are added around the working table, so customers can mount cooling system conveniently.
6. Once you link the machine with CNC system, it is a CNC rotary table. |
