This machine is designed and manufactured with modern CNC conception and is based on the traditional product. It has high ratio of function and price. The servo driving system adopted for the machine is produced by YASKAWA Company, Japan; the Spherosyn scale of measuring system is produced in England. It is operated with the electron hand-wheel, so high positioning accuracy is realized. Several patent certificates of this model have been authorized by the National Patent Bureau.
This machine can be used for drilling, expending, boring, grooving and end-milling on large work-pieces. If some accessories are ordered, the machining range can be enlarged. It is widely used in the fields of heavy-duty mechanical, engineering, mine, motor manufacturing, ship-building, iron & steel, military engineering industry.
The important improvement on this product:
1. Main drive: The frequency conversion motor features with three shifts (high, mid, low), and the speed can be changed steplessly.
2. Feed drive: X, Y, Z axes are respectively driven by three servo motors. The rapid movement and mechanical feed movement are manually operated with electron hand-wheel.
3. The spindle box is balanced by two hoisting heavy balancers. It is clamped by the disk spring and released hydraulically. The positioning is reliable and unchangeable when power failure is happened.
4. There are casting oil-leads at both sides of the bed, and the oil can be used circularly.
5. The pushbutton station is located on the platform, together with the electron hand-wheel, this machine is easily operated. |
