| X395 FLOOR-TYPE MILLING AND BORING MACHINE |

This machine is designed as an integrated structure. The column slide moves horizontally along bed guideways. The milling and boring head slide moves vertically along column guideways and it also can move axially (can be operated manually or mechanically). So, it can satisfy the machining range of work-piece. The vertical and horizontal movements of milling and boring head are driven by a frequency conversion motor through the feed box, then, transformed by the electromagnetic clutch, so as to realize stepless feeding and rapid moving in two coordinate directions. The speed of axial mechanically moving and feeding of the milling and boring head is reduced through gearbox by a frequency conversion motor, so, stepless feeding is realized（10~200mm/min）.
This machine can be used for machining large-sized wok-pieces with multi-process horizontally. It can also be used for milling surfaces and slots, boring and drilling holes on the extreme long and high work-pieces. The square holes or sides can be machined by the angle milling head accessories.
